Formalize the reservation and payment methods

You receive your confirmation by e-mail and from that moment you have a maximum of 24 hours to proceed with the payment, according to the following conditions (as a general rule):

A) Initial deposit of 40% of the total amount of the reservation, within a maximum period of 24 hours from our confirmation. Once the amount has been received, we will send the corresponding payment receipt to your address (the initial deposit could vary if the conditions of firm confirmation of the reservation stipulated by the railway companies were different from the amount indicated in this section).

B) The remaining 60%, usually 30 days before the departure date. Free delivery to your home of the corresponding documentation and invoice.

C) In the case of reservations made within 30 days prior to the date of departure: 100% of the total amount, within a maximum period of 24 hours, once the reservation is confirmed. Free delivery to your home of the corresponding documentation and invoice.

You can choose any of the 4 payment formulas:

1. Appear in our offices in Spain and pay the requested amount directly.

2. Perform a “Bank transfer” or cash deposit to Crucemar Cruceros accounts in Spain:
BBVA Bank (see offices in the world)
Sabadell Bank (see offices)
In this case we will provide you with the Crucemar Cruises account that you prefer from the indicated banking entities.

3. Payment through “Credit Card” of the usual (Visa, Master Card…) See privacy policy and data protection.

4. Payment through the “Payment Gateway” established for this purpose.
