While we enjoy lunch on board, we will arrive in Arriondas, from where we will travel by coach to the Picos de Europa: Lagos de Covadonga, Santuario de Covadonga, and Cangas de Onís, the first capital of Spain after the Reconquista. During breakfast, the train will arrive in Cabezón de la Sal, from where we will depart to visit the Neo-cave of Altamira, a museum and faithful reproduction of this prime example of Upper Paleolithic rock art. Then, Santillana del Mar, a town with its magnificently preserved medieval historic center. After lunch, we will head by train to Santander, the elegant capital of Cantabria, for a visit and free time. Dinner and night in Santander.

The city tour includes admission to the renowned Museo Guggenheim Bilbao, a symbol of the new Bilbao. After the visit, the journey will conclude at approximately 2:00 p.m. at Estación de Bilbao La Concordia, next to Estación de Abando-Indalecio Prieto.
