Day 1, MONDAY: Seville - Jerez
Reception of travellers in Alfonso XIII Hotel (Seville), at 10.30 AT. Afterwards, we will visit the capital of Andalusia, which has the largest historical centre in Spain. After lunch, we will enjoy a panoramic view of the city and the famous Plaza de España, before boarding the Al Andalus Train. Welcome drink on the train, following presentation of the crew and settle into your accommodation. Dinner on board, while we go to Jerez, where we will overnight stay in Seville.
Day 2, TUESDAY: Jerez
We will start the day, as usual, having a delicious à la carte and buffet breakfast. Then, we will visit a winery in Jerez. Before lunch, we will also enjoy the magical show “Andalusian Dancing Horses”, a famous equestrian ballet with Spanish music. Lunch in Sanlucar de Barrameda and return to Jerez. Dinner on board and overnight stay in Jerez.
Day 3, WEDNESDAY: Cádiz - Ronda
Our coach will take us to Cádiz, also known as "Silver City" and considered the oldest western city in Europe. Visit and free time to experience the charm of Cádiz’s environment. Lunch and travel on board, which will take to the impressive city of Ronda, where we will have dinner and overnight stay in Ronda.
Day 4, THURSDAY: Ronda - Granada
After breakfast, we will visit Ronda, a breathtaking location, settled on a plateau cut by the deep Ronda Gorge, where the Guadalevín River flows. Free time before lunch, and by train, we will go to Granada, a beautiful city nestled in the foothills of Sierra Nevada. Dinner and night in Granada.
Day 5, FRIDAY: Granada
We will spend the morning touring the Alhambra, the most visited monument in Spain, a rich palace complex built by the Nasrid sultans of the Kingdom of Granada. After lunch, we enjoy free time to explore the city. The beauty of twilight, envolves the entire city and you can experience its magical spell having dinner. Overnight stay in Granada.
Day 6, SATURDAY: Granada – Linares/Baeza – Córdoba
In the morning, we will travel about the Al Andalus to Linares-Baeza station, where our luxurious coach awaits us to visit Úbeda and Baeza, both cities declared World Heritage by UNESCO. After lunch, back on board to travel to Córdoba. Dinner and night in Córdoba.
Day 7, SUNDAY: Córdoba - Seville
After enjoying our last breakfast on board, we will visit the older capital of the Emirate and medieval Caliphate of Al Ándalus, when it became the largest, most cultured and opulent city in Western Europe. Come back to the train and, while we will have lunch, the Al Andalus train will lead us to the Andalusian capital: Seville, end of the trip, at approximately 5:00 PM.
